Fernleigh Bed & Breakfast
Fernleigh is a family run
bed and breakfast situated in an elevated position overlooking the harbour
and bay of the fishing village of Coverack. We are 150 yards from the sea
front. Most rooms have sea views, including the dining room, guest
sitting room and the conservatory, where complimentary tea or coffee is
served on arrival. The rooms are comfortably furnished and all have TVs, radio alarm clocks, hair dryers and tea and coffee making facilities.
Coverack is a pretty fishing village with a lot of the original cottages with their thatched roofs. It has its own regatta and Lifeboat day and lots of fundraising events throughout the year.
It has a pub, The Paris Inn Hotel, The Bay Hotel, the Wave Cafe with internet access and an ice cream shop. Brendas, the local general store, with everything from a bucket and spade to your daily paper.
For those of you more energetic there is the Windsurfing School in the village.
When the tide is in and the beach has disappeared there is plenty to do. We are near to Flambards, The Seal sanctuary, Minack Theatre, Futureworld, St. Michaels Mount, The Eden project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan plus numerous other lovely Cornish gardens.
